This has been an excellent resource for my class room. Our students do not have take home text books since we are a Title 1 school and money is limited. I have used this as a resource for homework and differentiation using your different workbooks. I have also used it as a large group presentation of a topic and then practiced using materials linked. I have also created several "webquest" type activities for use in our computer lab. Thanks for all of the hard work that went into this and I would love to see Social Studies/World/American history as fleshed out as the science is! Loved it!

I have no textbooks to use in my classroom not even old ones to use as reference material for the students. Part of the educational standards is for students to be able to read content at grade level. How do you do this without books? CK12.org has been the provider of books and practice material. I am using it in all of my science classes except for AP Physics as those students are required to purchase a college textbook. Thank you CK12! Without your support and online material my job would be extremely difficult. Congratulations on 10 years of educational support.

I can barely remember how I used to teach with an old dusty textbook. I have kept those around, but now I use them in a special activity: I have students rip out pages to underscore the fact that science is constantly changing. Traditional text, especially in science, are obsolete before they even ship. Needless to say, they are also very expensive. I have also turned several colleagues onto CK12 and now your awesome products are used in several grades here.
