Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000 per year, depending on experience and location

Introduction
We’re seeking a confident, proactive outreach specialist to help scale our impact with school districts and educational leaders across the country. This role blends people-facing relationship development with clear, concise communication of data insights and outcomes. This is an idea position for someone who loves both connecting and presenting with polish.
Responsibilities
- Represent CK-12 at national and regional education conferences, district meetings, and outreach events
- Build relationships with district leaders, curriculum directors, and key decision-makers in K–12 education
- Package findings from efficacy studies and implementation data into compelling summaries, reports, and presentations for high-level audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our content, product, and partnerships teams to ensure alignment and clarity in messaging
- Support onboarding or follow-up communications with districts to maximise adoption and engagement
Skills & Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in education outreach, partnerships, policy, and implementation with school districts and edtech tools
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with an eye for clear visuals and executive-ready storytelling
- Ability to travel for key events and district engagements
- Comfortable working with data summaries and turning raw insights into usable narratives
- Passion for improving education through scalable, equitable solutions
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Slides, and Excel/Sheets for formatting and sharing visual data
- Prior work in education policy, nonprofits, or edtech platforms
- Bilingual or multilingual
