For Contracting Schools, our use of student personal information is governed by the terms of our agreement with your district, which will control in the event of a conflict with our general Privacy Policy.

We have processes in place to monitor and review data, promptly addressing and deleting any inadvertently shared PII.
Minimal PII for Core Use:
Many of our core resources and features do not require the collection of personally identifiable student information (PII). When accounts are created, we may collect limited personal information such as name and email address to provide the service.
School-Designated Accounts as Student Records:
When students of a Contracting School create accounts using their school-designated email addresses, we treat these accounts as "student records" and comply with the requirements of our agreement with the Contracting School regarding their privacy.
